After owning his 450R for the better part of 2004, he decided it was time for some upgrades. He brought the quad in assembled and we began ripping her down. Joey was wrenching away to help build his own quad.
The frame was sent off to Burgard Cycle for full gusset work, then it was coated in candy blue translucent and mirror black. Joey spent quite a few hours on the buffing wheel getting the aluminum parts cleaned and polished.

Burgard nickle plated +2 a arms and a +1 stem combined with stock shocks rebuilt by C & D Racing were used. Tag cr double hi bars and spider grips along with an RTC clutch perch were used to round out the controls. A PRM bumper and Laker Custom plastic add to the looks of his quad.

Outback, a stock swing arm was retained to cut back on the cost of his project. An adjustable LSR axle runs thru a new billet carrier from Burgard Cycle. The rear stock shock was also sent to C & D Racing for an upgrade.

X-Factor Pro peg nerfs, Hot Cams stage 2 cam, and a set of Burgard beadlocks were added. The larger tires paid off today due to track conditions, but will be swapped for MX tires as soon as the track is ready for the season.
The stock headpipe was ceramic coated and mated with a Dr. D slip on.
