Just did valve job ,port&polish ,web cam,& hard weld rocker arms. I think i got all the timing &valve set right . I have kicked it and it still will not start. Can i pull it ,without hurting the cam &stuff?

If you used Moly oil or the equivlant on the cam , than it should be fairly safe to pull start it. Remember to keep the R's up and not to let it idle once you get it running. The damn thing should start with a kick though. Good luck
