how long of a drag is it? the ones here are 300ft. that and is it "true sand " , cause the one where I am is like a loose gravel drag . most ppl take the shocks out to help with wieght transfer and it will drop a few lbs , then you have tire choice , witch will depend on what your really racing on . here ppl have had good luck with the 4-snows / turf tamers with every other row taken out and of course paddles. tire wieght will also be a big factor. If i take off my razr2(there on beadlocks) , my bike picks up almost .2 sec (two quad lenths)and 1.4 mph , and thats just using the stock tires .hope some of this info helps, if i can think of anything else i'll let you know.

The track is 300 ft. I am pretty sure it is all dirt. I was thinking that Paddles would be the best tire to go with. What size should I get, brand , etc. What other engine mods would you recommend for drag? +/- fly wheel... What gear set up? Thanks for the help. BTW I can't wait to get my Dyna tek it is killin me...

what's so good about the dynatec, compared to others. i've seen some for other bikes, and they seem a bit more pricey compared to others.

I always see drag quads using Maxxis 4-snow tires in loose dirt.

the dyna ignition has been dyno proven to be better than the competition. Overall, these ignitions modules give a little performance gain, but does extend rev's and provides programmable ignition curve options for custom engines.

if i had only $400 to buy a pipe or ignition it would definitely be the pipe. dollar for dollar the pipe will give the most gain in performance.

gear the quad so you can start in the highest gear possible, less shifts will help keep your times down. lowerer it and if you are really serious about drag racing get a longer swing arm.
