    tire pressure

    What tire pressure are you running for trail riding and track riding?

    i dont race but generally i run 4 psi all the way around. depends on what terrain you are riding on, if you need more traction, let some air out to give you more surface area of the tire touching the ground.

    depends on the tire and conditions. Some tires recommend around 7-8 psi but stockers only call for around 4. I would go with higher pressure for the trails than for the track. I think www.DougGust.com website has some tire pressure recommendations under ask the pros.
