clear over powder coat

I just got my frame powder coated translucent blue. While putting my quad back together I noticed that where ever I tighten the bolts the powder coat will crack. It doesn't seem to be as strong as I thought. Do you recommend putting a clear coat over the powder coating? If so, any recommendations? I don't think it would hert nothing, but I just want to make sure.

usually it wont crack unless you are exceeding the 160 inch lbs. that average pc will withstand. clear wont help this issue....but yes you can paint or touch up pc with paint.

im geussing the pc was maybe undercured? its hard for me to say. maybe take it back to where you had it done and see if they will do anything for you or by them seeing it they could give you an idea of what the cause of this issue may be caused from.
