    getting flywheel lightened

    hey.. i am wonderin who lightens flywheels..i got mine off of ebay already lightened..but i am lookin for a friend..let me know
    -2005 black 450r (mx build currently)
    -2001 full race ready 440ex- (gone to a better place)

    While were on the flywheel subject im trying to take mine off right now. I have it threaded in as far as it will go but it still wont pop off.

    I'm using a hardend bolt beacuse the puller I used yesterday got its threads pulled off.

    Do any of you have any tips to help ge tthis thing off.

    I always use a bolt to take my flywheel off work heck of alot better than a puller in my oppinion, just thread her in and put an impact wrench on her and give her hell, mine and others ive done always pop right off, if it want to spin put a penny in the gears behind and it will lock it without messing the gears up

    I ended up getting it. Went back out put the bolt in just a little cranked up the compressor full blast. And it happend to pop off this time.

    Nelson i have an extra lightend flywheel if you want it, send me a pm. Tc lightend it.

    lightening flywheel

    how mmany grams or whatever do they take off of the flywheel and i jsut but a degree key +6..are those any good?
