My 440ex has 11:1,White Bros Cam, TwinAir filter, Dynojet Jet Kit, FMF Titanium4 with powerbomb header. I did some runs on my dyno with the air/fuel module to check the jetting. I'm at 312ft above sea level. I'm running a 170 main. What altitude are you at or where are you located? What exhaust are you running?

Heres a pic of it. I'll get some better ones soon

it depends on what jets you are using also.
im running a 170 main DJ and im right at sea level and thats with a full exhaust, 11:1, uni filter and no air box lid. you will also want to go up to about a 42 pilot jet also for easier starting.
if you are using DJ then i would start with a 165 or a 170.
if you use keihn jets then i would start with a 170 or 175 since they seem to be smaller than the DJ are.
