I installed a HMF Slip-on, Dynojet Jet Kit, and a TwinAir filter on an 04' Grizzly 660.

We started with dynoing the bike completely stock. Then we installed the HMF slip-on, Dynojet jet kit(with the recommended jetting specs), and the TwinAir. The graph shows the comparison.

We finished the jetting with 160 main and the needle in the 4th position. The day of the test the temp was 55* and the humidity was 26%. The altitude was 312ft.Our dyno is in a trailer so we can tune to outside(real time) conditions.

Stock main was a 153.8 and Dynojet recommends a 155. From what I have seen before I jumped to a 160 and the result was right on the reference line. This is why the air/fuel module is such a great tool. Overall I think that with the mods that were installed we gained some usable power.
