    Those are the 450r c&d shock rebuilds they put in tripple rate springs set up to your weight and riding style for under 700 bucks.

    i dont know anyone offhand, but the shocks would have to be 100% disassembled to do them

    The rough cast canisters would turn out black.

    You can pc them. But like Papp says take them apart.
