    Fender cutting and paint

I'm planning on cutting my fenders (I'm going to buy black ones first) what's the best tool to use to cut them? and are theyre any tips on when I'm done to make it relatively professional looking and how exactly should I do it, I'm clueless, and what could I use if I wanted to paint the plastics?

I wouldnt recommend painting the plastics. Every one i have seen painted looks very bad after a ride or two. I have yet to see one that turns out really good.
