Listen up!
Your problem is that your Parking Brake is preventing you from pushing your piston in all the way. Loosen your jam nut and back your parking brake adjusting screw out. Then push your piston in. Put your brakes on and install your caliper. Re adjust your adjusting bolt to a slight drag is felt while rotating your tires and back it off 1/8 of a turn and tighten your jamnut.
