what year is the blaster and mods on it ?

the tec4 has;+2 a-arms,dura-blue axle,aluminum whls, boyesen radvalve/reeds, 38mm kehein, topend just rebuilt(bored .020 over), bottom end gone thru, and lots of powdercoating, etc.....i also live in pa. harrisburg to be exact. if you'd like pics send an email to davelerch@aol.com. anyway let me know.
