Shane Hitt quickly moved up into the 9th place behind #47 Zac Willet, but would need to make some quick passes early in order to gain anymore positions because the track was extremely difficult to pass on.

Tim Farr held a solid lead after a few laps into the race!

Keith Little was hard on the gas in 2nd Place trying to close the gap on Tim.

Darin Ogden was in third and staying right behind Keith Little in 2nd.

#316 Jathan Seale in 5th and #22 Brad Covington in 4th rode bumper to bumper.

The Elizabeth City track layout was changed this year and they narrowed it down in sections and removed some of the high speed braking sections that would allow some riders to out break others and make the pass. Also is lacked alternative lanes that are found at Birch Creek, Ashtabula, and Paducah which make it easier to pass.

#5 Shane Hitt moved up to 7th early in the race behind #70 Dave Kister after passing both Brandon Watts in 8th and Zac Willett back to 9th.

Mark Baldwin had Tim Farr's 450R dialed in perfect, and he was able to fly around the track effortlessly and go on to win his 2nd Pro TT Race this Season and extend his Points Lead.

Keith Little rode hard the entire race, but just wasn't able to catch Tim Farr to take the lead.

I spoke with Keith Little after the race:

EXriders.com: How was the track?

Keith Little:"The Track was hooked up with the new layout this year, and the only concern that I had was coming with in a foot of guard rail coming off the back straight at high speed heading into the shacain."

EXriders.com: How did you feel in the Main Event?

Keith Little: "I felt pretty good, but I was too hooked up. The track was real tacky and I wish that I went with a looser setup"

#2 Darin Ogden pressured Keith Little for the 2nd spot toward the end of the race, but he had to settle for third.
