    Choke Plate/ Rev Box?

I am looking to extract a few more ponies out of the ol' 400. Does the WB rev box/ XR250 rev box make much difference in power and throttle response?

Also is it worth the time to remove the choke plate? If so, will I have to rejet. I am currently running a K&N filter w/outerwear, WB E-Series slip-on, LARGE hole in my airbox lid, 40pj ,158mj, and the clip lowered one notch on the pilot needle.

    Thanks for your help.
