    Exclamation i keep fouling my plug?

    what's going on here? i keep going through plugs almost right after i put them in.




    400ex,white bros e2, magnum rev box,155 main jet, pep's with rezzies.stock air filter

    i think what it is is your jetin is not right go to a atv shop and let them do it re jet it is what i wood say

    go down to a 152 mj and see what happens.

    that jet sounds about right so I would look for other reasons that would cause this.Is your airfilter clean? what does the plug look like?

    my 400ex was fouling plugs constintly too. I clean my carb and that fixed the problem.

    i would pump the throttle 4 or 5 times before trying to start the bike. then just hit the start button withOUT hitting the gas any more.

    While putting it back together you adjusted the jets, and thats all u needed to do :P adjust to the jet, your getting to much gas if your fouling the plugs am i right ?
