Dude, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I am a big, old fart compared to you guys. I'm 30 and I weigh about 270. I have gone pretty big on my 2002 300ex and haven't had any problems yet. I have done wheelie drops off of seven foot creek banks with no ill effects. Just ride it.

I've broke bolth of those dinky front motor mounts and cracked my frame by my left side foot peg , i also hear they can crack around where the swingarm pivot bolt goes through.

i've cuaght some huge air on my 300 and i cracked the frame right behind the footpegs on both sides.but you really have to be maxing it out big time, like overjumping 60 foot doubles and landing on flat ground.i landed so hard most of the time that i have bent my handle bars down to the gastank on both sides.
but most people that i know don't ride it as hard as i do.
i race local pro events and i was just testing the machine to see how far i could abuse it before it gave out on me.it really impressed me.

no it didn't really hurt,a couple times my ankels got a little sore when i didn't land it straight. but otherwise it wasn't to bad.but i definately pushed the machine beyond it's limits,by a long shot.
