Hi, i have an 88 250r and i was wondering if the front wheel spindles off a 400ex are interchangble? And if so what would need to be done or chaned in the process? and if it would benifit the bike? i would greatly apreciate any info or advice......

It could be faster
the spindle will interchange with the hubs, they're lighter and supposably stronger. the only thing is that you will either have to run 400ex calipers (single piston) or buy some not so cheap adapters so you can run your 250R calipers (dual piston). 400ex spindles are a good way to go if you can pick them up cheap.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

i beleive the geometry is different and the tops of the tires will be leaned in, so you'll need adjustable upper ball joints to push the top of the tire back out
