The water truck was constantly spraying down the track to keep the dust down.

With the 1st Moto about to begin, The Racer Production crew groomed the starting area as the racer began making their way to the starting gate.

The Start was level and had around a two feet long straight away before a wide Right hand turn followed a narrow left hand turn 100 or more feet down the track around a tree.

The Loretta's track is almost completely level and is nestled in the valley along a river and is surrounding mostly by wooded hills. The track consists of several high speed straight-aways with high speed sweeping turns at the ends. Riders were with a few rolling doubles and of course the most technical whoops section of all the tracks the "The Ten Commandments " which claimed it share of riders throughout the weekend.

The biggest jump on the track was the 60'+ Table Top which was a crowd pleaser as it launched the riders easily twenty feet into the air with its steep face. It was followed by a step-up table top and a series of smaller doubles before heading back around to the finish line.

A Flat landing Double launched the riders to the finish line and they rounded a turn in front of the crowd before they drop down into another whoops sections that wasn’t as demanding as the Dirty Dozen in the back stretch of the track.. Once through the whoops, they hammered down for a long stretch of flat out drag racing along the edge of the track in front of the fans waving and cheering.

As the track crew prepared the track, the Pro Riders began making their way from staging to the gate.

Duncan's #15 Chad Lohr made his GNC return to Pro Racing after wrapping up the championship in the Pro Am Open Class. More details on Chad Lohr's racing history yet to come in an upcoming Interview

Lonestar Racing's, Keith Little, headed into the race fairly secure in 8th Place overall this year, which was down from his third place overall finish last year on his Lonestar CRF450 machine. The conversion to a production machine has definitely affected his performance because he felt the Lonestar machine he raced last year was the best quad he ever raced.
