There is an FCR carb kit that is modified by mark baldwin at baldwin motorsports. If you go to their website and go about 1/2 way down the first page you will see it and a pic.

i have a crf450 carb, but it isn't on the bike yet. you need to rig up an intake adaptor because this carb is shorter than the stock one. i would get a hold of quadzilla. he is running this setup right now. he seems to have good luck with it. also, he reads on thumpertalk a lot. i guess this is where they talk about the carb mods.

This is the easiest way to do it (if you have $65 laying around)-->Click Me

If you don't have the cash, you can make an extension yourself. It's a bit of a pain, but do-able. I used a piece of 2 1/4" exhaust tubing that I cut to about 3/4" in length. I then found a piece of radiator hose that fit it snug. This will go in between your airbox snorkel and carb with a couple of hugh quality hose clamps. It was a perfect fit. Cost about $20 in parts (exhausr tubing, radiator hose and clamps). Good luck!
