Selling Whole VS Parting Out a Quad?????

What is the money difference between them?

What is the advantages and disadvantages (besides time)?

Please share any experiences if you have done both.

BTW: This quad is a 300ex and has many 400ex factory parts on it.

You could probly get more money out of a 300 selling it whole. Or for any quad for that matter you could probly get more selling it whole. But parting it out gets you money a lot quicker instead of finding someone to spend that much on a whole quad.

yeah i would sell it whole, because if ya part it out people might not want certain parts and you would be stuck with parts ya cant sell and less money, get it?

    id say part it out

you just better have kept the stock parts that are replaced with the aftermarket parts

you could sell all the aftermarket products then make the quad stock again and sell it that way

its definitely a way to get most of your money back
It wouldn't be any fun if it was easy.

We had a banshee that we took a bunch of parts off of we sold the shee for $3500 and the parts we took off we got over$1800 the banshee was a 91 so we made out. Then I sold my 400 I sold it for $4200 and sold the pipe for $300 shocks $300 bumper and aluminum stuff $200 so I think parting out parts is better. IMO
