    Regard to Pappy's comment;

    This ATV was locked up quite well. There was no chain, but there shouldn't have to be. The "short story" on this crime is that it was an "inside job", and someone who didn't have a lot of inside knowledge would not have been able to steal this ATV.

    Thanks for the comment however, as locking it up is a damn good idea.

    The Icon and the police already know who stole the ATV, however since the police haven't broken him yet, he's roaming free. The Icon is more concerned with recovering his ATV at this point.

    It may be located in the Rochester, NY area.

    does icon know where the guy who stole the atv lives, if chuck's quad was ever stolen, and he knew where the thieves live, he would have to borrow his neighbors louisville
