I got coolant leaking from a about a quarter inch hole in the crankcase right below the water pump cover. Anybody know what the hole is for and why it would be leaking from there? It looks like there should be a bolt there, except theres no threads.

no bolt go there. it is a weep hole. your seal on the waterpump shaft went bad. so now you have a leak.
