I just installed the kick start kit on my yfz. I am going to remove my battery, fan, and starter, but I have heard that I might have problems if I remove the battery.
Anyone done this yet?

I have everything figured out now.
Thanks for the info.

On Yamaha's website it says that taking the battery out will make the bike misfire when the fan comes on. I am not sure though I left my battery on.
