#6 Greg Trew was hammering the outside heading for the next right hand turn. Matt Smiley was seriously getting roosted by William Yokley.

Several Seconds later, Bill Ballance emerged in second.

Santo Derisi and Bryan Cook were the next two to head up the slick uphill. Santo Derisi heading into his pits in 3rd place, but by the time he left the pits he was back to 9th.

Bryan Cook took over the third spot after Santo Pitted.

Brad Page moved into 4th place heading into the 2nd lap.

Chris Borich was in 5th before pitting for googles and dropped back to 6th place, but his race quickly ended in the second lap when again his YFZ wouldn't start after stalling it during the race

Jeff Stoess came flying through the pits without stopping and quickly gained a few spots up to 8th place on the 1st lap.
