The pipe made the biggest differance. Before I did the Clutch mode I would have to say the powerband came on strong around the high mid range. After the mod, its about low mid. I went with the weekest of the springs (I think the color was green). He still has the option to just cruise around without going all out. He loves it now. Last weekend we went to the Oregon Dunes in Whinchester Bay. I was racing my new 450R and my son was racing a stock Predator. My wife would say go and the other bot would take off. My son would just sit there for about 3-5 seconds and then go. Half down the approx 150 yd track he would go screaming by. Hope this helps.

The clutch was pretty spendy, if I remeber right. In fact after I put in with the heaviest springs, he didn't like the way it rode and neither did I. It would stall until about half trottle and then kick in. By that time the power band was kicking in and is was screaming. No just cruising around speed. So I took it out and used the lightest springs on the original clutch and the new rollers. He loves it.

I would go with the new springs and roller kits with the pipe. Unless you get it all in one kit. Hope this helps and good luck.
