just bought a set of mini atv bars for my kids trx90.took off the stock plastic handle bar cover.the frt and rear brake lever brackets are welded to the stock bars,it looks like i am going to have to grind the welds off and weld them to the new ones i bought.does anybody have a 90 with different bars?thanx,brett

just go to your local dealer. It should just take a standard perch and lever.

yeah thats what i did we got some renthals, all you will need is a front lever, i took the rear hand brake off because when we go to bigger quads there is gonna be a clutch. getting used to useing the foot brake for the back is a good habit to get into
