It's an abbreviation for cubic centimeters
cm3 means cm to the third power, or cm cued (sp?) so then thy get cubic centimeters, cc

I believe that was for the oil level.I remimber seeing that when I had my old blaster. It took about .74% of a quart. So basically I put 3/4 of a quart in it.
Today we ride the R, Tommorow we ride the 400ex
cm3 converts directly into mL if I remember right.

Yes, cm3 is the same as CC, and a CC is equil to a mL. If you buy Bel Ray oil the oil level on the side of the bottle is measured in mL(same as cm3) so it is very easy to get the correct amount of oil in your Blaster's transmission.
