Where can I get a grab bar for the 03 z400?

The Grab bars are not replaceable on the 03's unless you replace the whole subframe.

I heard there were companies that made one that would go over the stock one.

Oh well all I know about are the six pack racks havent seen any regular grab bars for them. But RPM does make a replacement subframe that allows removeable grab bars.

if your grab bar is wrecked just find a decent welder and cut it off. you will have to weld a bar in for stability, then weld in some tubing to tap for screws to allow other grab bars to fit. most popular is to measure for the 250r grab bar. very easy mod if you know a decent welder.

PRM makes one that bolts on leaving the existing one in place. They cost around $50-60 and come in 2 different styles.
