Wider
are there any kits out there for widening your rhino but not putting long travel a-arms on?
i am just looking to make my 2008, 700, a little more stable without a ton of cost. by the way i don't think i like the idea of wheel spacers.
thank you to anyone that can help

If you are going to spend the money on wider a-arms, why not go with a LT kit and suspension upgrade?

i was thinking something along these lines, is this a good or bad idea.? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lone-...spagenameZWD1V

that would probably work...

thank you for the input cjkranz. i was wondering if anyone had ever seen these being used or actually driven a rhino with them because im worrying about breakage. i don't jump a ton maybe only three feet off the ground at the very most, ( and that maybe happened once). thank you again to anyone that can help

Since the kit you are looking at is made by LSR I would assume it works well, and if it doesn't I believe LSR would make it right with you. They are a large company that has been around for awhile. I would personally stick with a "brand name" like them..

thankyou, i never even thought to think about what lsr could do if it was broken or something, it never hit me that they were made by lsr, thankyou

If its just for driving around that kit would work just fine. IMO I would look into the LSR +3 MTS kit. The kits hold up to just about anything you can throw at it, and it handles very well too.

two more questions, does it fit the 2008 700 because i read somwhere that the 2007's have different axels, and second im just making sure that it includes both front and back brackets. oh and do you know if i would nees longer tie rods, or do the ends adjust enough. sorry for all the questions but i wnt to mak the right choice.
thank you Groves187

the 07 and 08 axles are different. and to answer your other question, it dosn't fir the 08 Rhino. The kit works on the 05-07 Rhinos. I would stay away from any kit that just drops the shock mount position and not doing somthing with the a-arms and axles. It puts a lot of bind on the axles and ball joints. I would really look into the LSR MTS kit. You wont be dissapointed (SP).
