Is that HP or TQ? Racers Edge, a shop in Tucson AZ just dyno'd a totally stock 450 and they show'd 45HP & 33TQ. I'm well aware of dyno differences and how a dyno is only a tool to show differences between modifications done on the same day with the same temperature and barometric pressure and yada yada yada. . . . . Just curious if you got 22 additional HP just by putting in the stroker & bigger cylinder?Quote:

Either way, thanks for posting the info. It's nice to see more and more builders taking these quads to the next level. I love mine and will be doing some engine mods once my pipe is completed and all dyno runs are done.
And please, let us know how that 610 did with your additional mods (pipe, porting, valves, etc. etc.???)
36hp and 30.5 ftlbs on a dyno jet dyno at 4500 ft and 55 deg.
I have made MUCH higher #s in my other 610 with pipe, carb, + valves, and a little more porting. Im still testing this build to see how well it will hold up. Before I will sell this combo. Big #'s dont matter if they wont make it to the top of the dune.
All the mods are stroker crank, big bore 11.1 comp, my grind cam, and my porting.
Does John own Racers edge? If so he has seen some of my stuff run at Sand Mt Nev.
the 36hp is the 450 right? or the 525
