Workin on a '02 300 artic cat 4x4. Terrible upkeep on it. Nothings ever changed, cleaned etc. Won't start. Solenoid is clickin with battery charger on it. Jump the solenoid and the starter is turning slowly. On the front of the motor is a some kind of handle and I'm guessing its a decompression lever and the starter turns a little faster but still ain't starting even with starting fluid. Any ideas? Don't want to sink money in it cause it ain't mine
