Leaking gas- carb help- Kasea KS65

Hi,
I am new to this, so bear with me.

I am trying to help my friend sell her son's 2001 Kasea KS65 quad. We borrowed it to try it out and found out it won't work for our son. We had to clean out the carb because it sat for 9 months without being ran, and the gas just sat there in the carb. It was all gummed up inside. We cleaned it out, cleaned the jets, and put it back together. It then leaked gas. We fixed the original leak, put on a new seal, and it is still leaking, but now it is leaking out one of the tubes. My husband has since cleaned the carb 2 more times, thinking that something must be blocking something, and it is still leaking. Any suggestions would be helpful. We want to help my friend get this sold, but can't sell it in this condition. Any help would be appreciated.
