Led lights burning fuses, HELP!

I just bought 2 RioRand 4" Led waterproof lights from amazon, and this is my problem: I installed and connected both of the lights to the positive and negative wires that used to power my old atv light, which is not plugged anymore, so I don't have to buy a switch for the lights,it uses the old one from the old light. Because the old light was a single light it only had 1 wire (+\-) so both of the led are connected to this wire. Then when I turned on the power, everything worked for a second, both of the lights lighted up, then nothing. The main fuse had blown off and now it keeps burning fuses when I turn the lights on and the lights do not light up. What can I do? And why doesn't the lights light up? Did I burn the led????
