Another Jetting question!!!!!!

Ya i know not another jettinq question, Oh well here goes. I have a 01 400ex the only mods so far are are a 14 tooth and an powercore IV-2 i want to put a uni filter and some uni vents in and need some jetting ideas, I was told with the fmf i need a 40 pilot and a 150 main. Right now the jetting is stock and ever since i added the pipe im getting a little miss just above idle when the bike is in chug mode. Any ideas? Thanx

I'll reply to jetting even though I'm not a master at it yet. I do know if you increase your air and put an aftermarket pipe, put in a bigger main.
I would buy a 155,160 and 165 keihin main jets and go from there.
Modify your airbox lid and drop in the 160 and see how she runs!
