Chris Jenks didn't get the start that he wanted, but he was on the gas as he cut through the cloud of dust.
By the end of the 1st lap, Baldwin Motorsports Rider,Jeremy Rice, was out front
Joshua Ribley was forty seconds back in 2nd place!
Frank Kendall was running strong in 3rd
As the race continued, Jeremy Rice was running up front with the Pro Riders! He battled with Andy Lagzdins for the Overall spot.
Jathan Seale continued to get it done in his first year of GNCC racing, and probably should be named the rookie of the year for the performance he has put on so far this year. He worked his way up from 4th to 2nd, but was over a minute behind Rice.
Rick Cecco had a poor start and was back to 20th after the first lap, but he dug deep and managed to pull himself up to 11th before the end of the race!
Glenn Coriell also was able to work his way up from the back of the pack to a 12th place finish
Mike Lucas running strong in 7th until he got a flat front tire in the 3rd lap, which really slowed him down.
Mike Lucas came in and pitted for a tire change, but by the time he got going again he was passed by several riders and only was able to salvage a 13th place finish.
If he would have had Tireballs this would have never happened and he would have easily finished in a top spot in his class and overall.
