It was SO close!! One lap they announced Mcgill, Ballance, and Borich were neck and neck on the MX track, a few minutes later Mcgill and Ballance come around the corner in the pits side by side, with Borich basically rubbing there exhaust pipes...That was Awesome!!Quote:

Thats great racing
Anyone hear anything about a morning racer who crashed hard on the gravity cavity on the mx track? I know on the first lap they bypassed that section.
Hey this is Mike Young. The am rider, who is my son in law, was transported to Copperstown, NY where they discovered he had very serious fractures to his jaw and a cervical neck fracture of C6. We flew him back to Baltimore this afternoon via jet and then to Shock Trauma by ambulance. NY was unable to "fix" him. So currently he is stable and getting a full neurological exam including xrays, cts and mri. Then he will go to the OR to reconstruct his jaw. Then the road to recovery begins. his parents are with him now my daughter has not left his side and he has a super wonderful family and lots of friends. Please all pray for a speedy full recovery. Thank you for our concern. Mike
My prayers are with him, I hope the him the best in a speedy recovery
Holy cow, I am sorry to hear about this. I caught wind of it today. They did redirect us on the first lap, probably due to the crash. I hope all goes well and keep us updated as I hate to hear of anyone getting hurt doing something one loves.
Wow I thought my day went bad that morning. I am truely sad to hear about that. Prayers go out from me and my wife. Hope he gets better.
Prayers from Johnson City, TN! We were there and heard about it. Praying for a speedy recovery!Quote:
