2009 GNCC Racing Series - Round #11- Yadkin Valley Stomp- ATV Race Coverage

Bill Ballance has had a season full of hurdles to overcome, but you dont get to being where he is at without learning to hit a few curveballs!

Bithell seems to be alot closer in keeping his DS alive for an entire race then Sturdivant is. It would be nice to see both of these guys get in a solid race start to fonish and just have to worry about racing!

William Yokely has some big plans for next year, but for now its one race at a time!

Cook looked about as ready as he could be.

Don Ockerman is an animal and I have been watching him ride closely this season. I think he needs abit of luck but he is another rider that we can see run out front at any round

Borich just thought McGill wanted to chat....he was really forcing Borich to share his umbrella girl:D

The rain was hitting us pretty hard and I ducked under my own umbrella and headed off to catch the start

When they cut them loose, it was Bill Ballance out front as he grabbed the holeshot with McGill giving chase

Borich was in the thick of things and was going to have to work forward as he did not get a great start.

The grass had been removed by the morning racers and the top spil was now super slick and being churned into a sticky mess!
