Scott Kilby wrapped up the Utility Modified Championship with his win and debut of his new Bombardier Outlander and just like Penland, Kilby's laptimes improved with every lap and his last lap time of 35:17 was faster than any of Utility Stock or Utility Modified riders in any lap during the race.
Congratulations Scott Kilby on a great race and your new Bombardier ride.

Tne North Carolina Native Cherokee Indian, Brock Parker, was on the warpath as he dominated the Utility Unlimited Class leading from start to finish and pulling a five minute lead of second place finisher Neil Belcher.
Brock Parker didn’t show any signs of missing the last few races, and hopefully he has plans to attend the remaining races to make the Utility Unlimited an even more exciting race to watch.

Doug Henke is normally a force to reckon with in the class, but this was going to be his weekend after working his way up to 3rd place behind Belcher, he never finished the last lap, which sent him back to 6th with Robert Obrick finishing his second best finish of the season with 3rd place.

Stephanie Parton rode at a blistering pace the entire race to the Overall Win and her first podium appearance of the 2005 season, and in the process she picked up her fifth Women’s Class win of the season, which is one more than the current points leader Traci Cecco.
With three throwaways in the Amateur Classes, the number of wins and second place finishes is normally the deciding factor in the Women’s class.

Both Jarrod McClure and Billy Good were able to make the pass on Chris Neal in the third lap after he rear ended Traci Cecco after she tagged a tree going through the woods.
Billy Good feeling the pressure of Jarrod McClure would also clip a tree, which was enough to allow Jarrod around him and begin his charge to reel in Dave Simmons.
Simmons took an extended pit stop on the last lap, which allowed McClure to close the gap on Simmons, but McClure wasn’t able to make the pass before the finish line and finished just 2 seconds behind Simmons in 2nd Place in the Stock Class and third overall, which was his 7th Podium appearance this season tying Billy Good mark for the season.
Billy Good would finish in 3rd place and 4th Overall, which would put him in position to wrap up the Stock Class Championship at Unadilla if he finishes in 5th place or higher even if Jarrod McClure would win the remaining races.
