There were only five riders in this Heat after #79 Shane Smith went to hospital after his wreck in practice and another rider signed up for the class by mistake.
The Start had #2 Darin Ogden putting his FTZ powered Honda TRX450R out front ahead of #4 Tim Farr followed by #112 Adam Anderson, #27 Brad Riley, and #9 Lee Reineccius.
