Johnny Gallagher who wanted it to rain was back to 12th after the 1st lap and had dropped all the way back to 16th by the beginning on the 3rd lap, but he never gave up and quickly found himself picking off rider after rider as he charged into the top 10 halfway through the third lap.

By the Beginning of the 4th lap, the on and off rain continued and William Yokley was once again out front, but this time, Bill Ballance was no where to be seen.

The next rider to emerge from the woods to hit the MX track wasn't Bill Ballance at all, but it was Matt Smiley who was over 3.5 minutes behind William Yokley in 2nd Place.

Chad Duvall remained in third place, and was only one minute behind Matt.

Surprisingly, almost three minutes behind Chad Duvall, Bill Ballance came flying around the MX track. In only half lap, Bill Ballance went from being in 1st Overall to 7 minutes out of the lead and back to 4th place.

Bill Ballance is not one to give up and was pushing his YFZ to its limits trying to gain ground on Chad Duvall as he power slides around the slick track.

Kim Kuhnle passed Chris Borich as he pitted for gloves and goggles and moved into 5th Place!

Chris Borich was able to pass Kuhnle back before the end of the lap and finish out the race in 5th place with Kuhnle finishing only 11 seconds back in 6th Place.

Todd Knippenberg dropped back to 14th after the 2nd lap because he lost alot of time caught up in the bottlenecks, but he charged his all the way up to 7th to finish the race.

Johnny Gallagher and Todd Knippenberg swapped positions several times during the race with Johnny finishing the race in 8th only 21 seconds behind Todd.
