The first rider to arrive at the 9.5 Mile Point was William Yokley on his Suzuki LT-R450 QuadRacer closely followed by Chris Borich and Bill Ballance
Matt Smiley had slipped back to 4th place followed the battling Santo Derisi and Duane Johnson.
LTE Racing’s Michael Houston, was back in 7th place, but before the end of the lap, he worked his way past both Derisi and Johnson to take over the 5th spot behind Matt Smiley.
Johnny Gallagher rounded out the top ten only a few seconds behind Adam McGill and Brandon Ballance.
Bryan Hulsey launches over the hillside with Chris Jenks hot on his heals as he was back to 15th place and quickly charging his way back through the pack as he moved past Hulsey and up to 10th before the end of the first lap with Gallagher dropping back to 13th place and Hulsey moving backwards to 17th place.
Pro Am Rider, Sean Neidlinger already caught several of the Pro riders and was chasing after Andy Lagzdins
Another Pro Am Rider on the move was Jeffrey Pickens closely followed by Taylor Kiser
3.5 Miles into the second lap, William Yokley remained in the lead with Chris Borich right behind him while Bill Ballance was several seconds behind the pair battling for the lead.
The next rider to appear was Michael Houston moving into the 4th spot with Matt Smiley remaining close behind in 5th place with Duane Johnson now applying the pressure on Smiley
Brandon Ballance was up to 7th place and Chris Jenks remained on the move as he was now up to 8th place and just waiting for the opportunity to make his move on Ballance, and before the end of the lap, Jenks would pass both Ballance and the fading Smiley as he moved up to 6th place behind Duane Johnson.
