It became apparent how slick this section was, we could only wonder what was going on out of our view!
One hillclimb in the back section became impassable for alot of the riders. This created a huge bottleneck with stuck quads everywhere.
The decision was made to have the large group of riders file inline and head bcak to the field section. Once this was done, an impromptu re start was staged with Officials doing thier best to keep the quads in order.
Jeff Russell leads the way as they get the re start in a decent location.
Once the quads were assembled, they were back at it for a 1 lap dash to the finish!
Not all was pretty after the re start. Another hillclimb brought many riders back to a stop awaiting help!

I will speak for every parent there that we would like to express our deepest and sincere thank you to all that pitched in to help our kids! Its people like you that make this sport what it is!
Walker Fowler came out for his last lap and had a large enough lead to get fresh goggles and wash off his mud filled gloves.
Walker went on to win the race in a commanding fashion. On the last lap, Fowler just missed the huge bottleneck and re start. This was indeed lucky for him as his quad stopped running on him! Finally getting it fired, he completed the lap and took the win.
Micheal Keleman overcame his bad start and worked his way expertly thru the field. Finishing second was quite an accomplishment in such conditions!
