Hmmm...so Polaris let Smiley go internal on his mods huh....cool:)
WOW, What a youth race. There were mini quads everywhere. And yes there were some girls there. The mud was so deep it was really slick. I'm glad we made the trip.My 7 yr old son Michael rode really smart. He finished 3rd in class and 32 overall out of 65 riders with many of them twice his age and way better quads. But my son and I spent many well spent hours building it and he rode it to the fullest. I'm so proud. To me he proved he's #1 . What more can you ask out of a 1st grader! He was born to race! With all the young tallent I say the GNCC has many future pro's.
Congrats to all the youth ATV riders. And to Michael's buddy Cody Hill for the win in the 90cc Production class! Way to ROCK Codeman!
proud indeed. he rode well and stayed alert, made passes and worked himself to 1st with 3 to go i believe.Quote:

he said a few folks helped him and others in the woods and to them i say THANK YOU! great kids, great people...GREAT RACE! i wish the rain hadnt forced a change in the course, the original 2 1/2 mile track was awesome. it shows RP is taking these races seriously.
congrats to every kid who was there no matter how you finished.
big thumbs up to my son cody, you did great!
Full coverage of all the weekends events will be posted shortly:cool:
Before full race coverage is posted, I wanted to get some shots up from this weekends action. I will post what I think will be pictures not used in the coverage so hopefully our members can get a glimpse of the action and enjoy the shots!
I sure felt bad for everyone who got drenched:p It was a thrill watching how different riders attacked the creek section.
The sun would pop out and allow me to get some great shots up close and personal.:D
The mud filled water explodes from this quad as the rider launches out of the creek
Finding a safe vantage point on the 1st lap allowed me to get this train of riders working thru the creek section
