The race for the Championship in the Vet Class has also become tight between Steve Zapfe, Jeff Breast, and Kenneth Tincher. Zapfe with his three wins in a row early in the season has kept him at the top of the class all season, but consistent finishes by Brest and Tincher still has them within reach, but top three finishes in the final three rounds will be needed to catch Zapfe.

#330 Thomas Wright wrapped up the 35+ C Class Championship with three races to spare, so he decided to make the move to the Afternoon and try his hand at the Vet Class, which will make things even more interesting in the class.
Thomas Wright decided that he wanted an electric start on his Honda 450R, but he didn’t want to buy a 2006 with the Electric start option, so he did the next best thing and installed Goki electric start on his 05 Honda, and it fires right up.
#581 Chuck Glacken finally
Chuck Glacken has been my mechanic the majority of the season and has done a great job of preparing my LTZ400 for the races, and I haven't had one issue with him at the wrench, which has been a blessing.
After working on my Suzuki most of the season, he finally got the got his chance to race for the first time in a GNCC event aboard his brand new Yamaha YFZ450, and spent Friday and Saturday Morning getting his Kill switch installed along with some new Maxxis Razr tires on the front and rear.
If it weren't for Chuck, it wouldn't be possible for me to race anymore because I just don't have the time to wrench on the quads between races anymore, so a big thanks to Chuck for all his help.
Several ATVriders.com members decided to give GNCC racing a try for either the first time ever or just this season and among the group were Quad041(Lou Russo) Campbell(Kenny Campbell) with their trusty Honda 250R's.
EXkid(Joseph Papa) also made the last second decision to join in on the fun at Unadilla, and he signed up to compete in the Sport Class.
Another new face in the afternoon was Quincy Hellar. She has compete in the morning at several events this year in the 16-24 age class, but this weekend, she decided to try racing her warrior in the Sport Class.
With 226 riders all lined up and ready to start, it was time for the riders prayer followed by the National Anthem.
#11 Michael Houston with his hand on his heart awaits the start of the race in hopes of another great race after his 6th Overall finish at Yadkinville, NC which tied his season best from Florida.
