Peter Stadtmueller wasn't trying out something as radical as a new steering dampner, but Johnny Gallagher was able to talk him into trying out some Powermaid Handguards on his 450R, so Pet was busy getting them installed while waiting for rider registration to open.

The Lewis racing crew couldn't react quick enough to the strong winds and their Easy Up tents with twisted up in the wind with the one snapping in several sections after being blown over by the strong winds.
The strong winds out of the west are suppose to continue into tomorrow with winds speeds sustained around 15 MPH with gust over 30MPH, which will work great at clearing out the dust tomorrow, but everyone better secure there stuff if they don't want it to blow away.
Temps were in the upper 50's today and are expected to climb in the 60's tomorrrow after a chilling start in the 30's tomorrow morning.
