#316 Jathan Seale finished an impressive 5th place and has yet to finish out of the top five all season. I talked with him after the race and he was disappointed that their weren't more passing oppurtunities because he rode tight with his good friend Brad the entire race, but couldn't find a safe line to make the pass with out taking the risk of spinning both of them out of the race.
Jathan will be skipping the next round of the GNCC series to head to one of his favorite TT track, Paducah, KY. With five throw aways in the GNCC series, and his impressive record in his first full season, I don't think it will hurt him much in the points.
Congrats on a great TT years as well Jathan, and thanks for taking the time to talk with EXriders.com about the race.

#70 Dave Kister had a career win at Ashtabula, but he was only able to finish 6th at Elizabeth City, but don't be surprised if we seem him make the podium again before the season ends.
He currently holds onto a slim points lead over Darin Ogden for third place.

#5 Shane Hitt finished his first race back in 7th place, but if he wasn't forced to start in the back row, he might have just started out like he finished last year in first place. I am excited to see how he does at on Paducah Sept 11th.
