#134 Matthew Long moves up one position in the final lap to 5th.
#18 Bryan Grey moves up from 7th postion to 6th place finish, followed by #712 Derrick Sas in 7th.
Sas led the entire race, and a smokin fast one indeed!!:macho
Sas has set some great laps times in the Pros class at Rounds 4 and 5,but unfortunately, luck has not been on his side.
I hope Round 6 will be a better finish for him-much deserved.
Heat and dust would be no exception for the Pro Main .
Sunday Pro Main would draw in a total of 18 entries,19 for the Pro Am's.
One rider rider in the Pro class that seems to be settling in well is Privateer #549 Beau Baron.
Baron has moved from the 2- wheeled world into the ATV scene and seems to be finding his notch in the Sport very nicely....
Baron starts out the race in 6th position in lap 1 and slowly inches his way up to 3rd at mid race ,then proceeds to take over the lead from Josh Frederick, who was experiencing some mechanical problems that set his day to the back of the pack .
This would be the 1st Pro win for Suzuki in the WORCS for 2008.
DATS Racing Kawasaki rider, #7 Robbie Mitchell finishes just 15 seconds behind Baron ,moving up from 4th position at mid race to the #2.
Can Am's #70 Brandon Smith starts out the race in 13th position in lap 1,by mid race Smith had worked his way to 5th .
Smith grabs 3rd in lap 8 and fills the final slot on the podium in 3rd .
Yamaha's #94 Dustin Nelson led the race until lap 6,but ran into a tire issue that set him back to 7th .
Nelson made a quick pit stop and was able to get caught back up to a respectable 4th place finish.
Nelson also held the fastest lap time in lap 2.
