Also pictured is the extra rear cone i had him make for ice racing/high traction riding. The powerband should hit harder, but it will sign off a little quicker. Never ran it yet....
silencer. It is very nice, except it leaks like a beotch around the inlet. I have to take it apart (drill the stainless rivets) and seal it with high temp.

nice R man!
Latheboy, what ice races you running? are you going to race the CWIRA? if so we should team up. let me know if you wanna.
Good luck getting that silencer to seal. Have you had any problems with the main joint?
Mine was blowing by no matter what I tried until I got hooked up with some Toyota seal high temp silicone.
I even pulled apart my entire front end hoping I could install the pipe in one piece as I would of welded that ****** closed.
The "adjustable" factor would of been taken away but it doesn't work anyway.
If it does do anything its not noticeable and I would rather lose the "adjustability" and have my boots, nerf bar nets, frame, footpegs, clutch cover, heel guards and right plastics oil free.

I think I may run at least one cwira race. Probably the one in fremont or the closest one to Oshkosh. lol Otherwise we will be riding on Winnebago every availible weekend!
I was able to get all the other joints to seal up. I just used a bunch of HiTemp gasket schmutz and slid it together. THe first time I put it together dry, omg, it was a mess! The pipe works well tho!
some time this winter i'll prolly be over there to race, when is that huge thing in Oshkosh that is on the streets you were telling me about before...
Are the LED pipes like a straight piece of metal and then rolled in to shape? or is it a round tubing that is made in to shape?
I think most those Adjustable pipes leake like a SOB no matter what you do with them, my LRD is a PINA also, I dont really wanna hi temp it cause i did that before and i couldnt get it apart to get it off, i had to pull the motor.
