Ashlie Whaley would come through the barrels in 6th place behind Erika Jones and she would remain in 6th place for the rest of the race.
Also, Jennifer Albright was out of the race after her tire became locked up with another riders quad which required them to remove her wheel before they could seperate the two quads :(
By the 2nd lap, the battle out front continued with Traci Cecco remaining in the lead with Stephanie right behind her, but Angel Atwell was able to regain the 3rd spot.
Stefanie removed her goggles early, so she made an early pit stop for another set of goggles which costed her some valuable time.
Angela Mason remained in 9th place behind Shanna Bradshaw in 8th which is where they would end up finishing as well.
By the 3rd lap, Stephanie Parton remained in 2nd place right behind Traci as the battle for the win continued.
Angel Atwell also remained in 3rd place, but was losing a minute a lap behind the lead pair as she dropped back 3 minutes behind Traci and Stephanie, but she began to pull away from Stefanie Verkade in 4th.
Missie Legge made the switch from the blaster to a 400EX for this season and continues to look better and better with everyrace as she rode herself to a 10th place finish.
By the last lap, the battle for the lead became less intense after Stephanie Parton snapped off her footpeg once again at Big Buck. Last year, Stephanie snapped off a footpeg at Big Buck and she did it once again this year with a totally different peg.
Traci Cecco would go on to take another win for the Alba Action Team and move one win ahead of Stephanie, but Stephanie remains in the points lead.
Angel Atwell would secure the 3rd spot over Jean Lovely who worked her way up from a 7th place start to finish in 4th for Team Safari with Stefanie Verkade dropping back to finish in 5th.
Ashlie Whaley heading in for her 6th place finish.
