Once again the electric start models pulled out an early lead. The cheers from the spectators almost drowned out the heavy down pour of rain!

Finally all the quads were running and the race was on!
The 70cc class was set to go and it would appear the race to watch would be between Micheal Mussi (green arctic cat) and Austin Findley (red Kasea)
When the flag dropped, it was a drag race between the 2 Hetrick powered machines.
Austin won the days battle and took home the 70cc class win!
nearing the end of the first lap, the faster riders began picking up positions in the field sections
The dated Honda 90 can still deliver a potent dose of power and provide a durable machine to the young racers
Cody Hill had worked his way up in 1 lap. right after this picture, a slight hesitation allowed the rider on the Kasea to take the spot.
"After the first lap I learned the layout and didnt hesitate any more" Cody later stated
